Platter
A platter of 48 mignardises, perfect for accompanying a coffee break or adding a sweet touch to a cocktail reception.
Depending on the selection: praline choux, apple tarte tatin, soft coconut cake, crunchy praline, coffee panna cotta, chocolate crunch or financier with almond cream.
The selection may vary according to availability.
For dessert or a coffee break, we recommend 3 to 5 pieces per person. One platter is therefore suitable for approximately 10 to 15 people.
